Introduction

Plading ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://plading.com and related landing pages. We help founders and businesses plan, design, and build web and mobile products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website or contact us.

We aim to be clear and direct about data practices—the same way we communicate about projects. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

Who is responsible for your data

For personal information collected through this website, the data controller is Plading, located at 1st floor, Panchsheel Inn, Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. You can reach us at team@plading.com or (+91) 8005-694-542.

Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: when you submit a form, when you contact us through other channels, and automatically when you use our website.

  • Contact and inquiry details: name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, company name, services you are interested in, project description, budget range, timeline, and any message you choose to share.
  • Attribution and campaign data: the page you submitted from, UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content), and Google Ads click identifiers (gclid) when present in the URL.
  • Communications: messages you send by email, WhatsApp, or phone when you reach out to our team.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, scroll depth, interactions with buttons and forms, referral URLs, and similar analytics data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • Respond to your inquiries and evaluate whether we are a good fit to work together.
  • Send follow-up emails related to your inquiry, such as confirmations and helpful resources about our process.
  • Create and manage leads in our CRM (Zoho CRM) and notify our internal team.
  • Measure and improve our website, marketing campaigns, and landing page performance.
  • Attribute leads and conversions to the marketing channels that brought you to our site.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies, pixels, tags, and browser storage (including sessionStorage) to remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use our pages. Some technologies are set by us; others are set by third-party analytics and advertising providers.

We use sessionStorage on certain landing pages to avoid counting the same analytics event multiple times in a single browser session (for example, scroll milestones or section views).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality and how we measure performance. Where required by law, we will request consent before placing non-essential cookies.

Analytics, advertising, and session recording

Depending on configuration and the page you visit, we may use the following tools. Each provider may collect information according to its own privacy policy:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): loads and manages marketing and analytics tags on our site.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): measures traffic, engagement, and conversion events.
  • Google Ads: measures ad performance and conversions when you interact with our ads or complete actions we define as conversions (such as form submissions or booking-related clicks).
  • Microsoft Clarity: provides heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics to help us improve user experience. Recordings may capture on-screen interactions; we configure Clarity to respect sensitive fields where possible.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: used on select pages (such as our mobile app development landing page) to measure ad delivery and conversions. When active, Meta may receive page view and lead-related events.

Landing pages may push custom events to the dataLayer (for example: CTA clicks, WhatsApp or phone clicks, form field interactions, form submissions, FAQ opens, section views, and scroll milestones). Google Tag Manager forwards relevant events to GA4 and, where configured, to Google Ads.

Service providers and third-party links

We use trusted providers to operate our website and sales process. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

  • Resend: transactional and nurture emails after you submit a form.
  • Zoho CRM: lead storage and sales follow-up (data region: India / Zoho India endpoints where applicable).
  • WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to message us through WhatsApp links on our site.
  • Google Maps: embedded map on our site may collect usage data according to Google's policies.
  • Calendly: if you book a discovery call through an embedded or linked Calendly scheduler, Calendly processes scheduling data under its own terms.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver our website.

Our site may link to external websites (portfolio examples, social profiles, partner tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

How long we keep information

  • Inquiry and CRM records: kept for as long as needed to respond, pursue a business relationship, or meet legal and accounting requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Email and nurture sequences: retained according to our email provider's logs and our internal retention schedule.
  • Analytics data: retained according to each provider's default retention settings (you can review settings in GA4, Google Ads, Clarity, and Meta Business tools).
  • Server-side idempotency cache for duplicate form submissions: short-lived (approximately 10 minutes) to prevent duplicate processing.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run our business, when required by law, to protect our rights and safety, or with your direction (for example, when you ask us to involve a partner in a discussion).

International transfers

We are based in India. If you access our site from another country, your information may be processed in India and in countries where our service providers operate (including the United States and the European Union, depending on the tool). We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, email team@plading.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any nurture message.

For advertising cookies, you can use industry opt-out tools such as Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, in addition to your browser controls.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated where appropriate.
